How we start?

We start each client off with a thorough assessment. This process involves us taking a close look at your injury history, training experience, sport of choice, and many more factors. We will also make sure that you have the chance to meet our entire staff on day one to ensure that you are comfortable with names and faces when you return for future training sessions.Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will design an individualized training program. The attention to detail featured in each and every program requires that we take our time to do it right. As a result, your individualized training materials will be provided upon return for your second visit. You will be closely coached through the entirety of the program.

 

The programs are tailored specific for your needs and we cover a diversity of ares such as:

Strength Training - Cardiovascular - Endurance - Mobility & Flexibility - Body composition - Weight Loss

Injury prevention - Sports Performance - Lower Back & Abdominal - Rehabilitation & Geriatric

Each Package Includes:

  • 60 minute one-on-one training sessions.

  • Physical fitness consultation with full body measurements.

Starter Package $225 ($75 per session) Three 60-Minute one-on-one sessions. Perfect for beginners.

 

Goal Builder Package $675 (10% discount - $67.5 per session) Ten 60-Minute one-on-one sessions. Jump start your goals to burn off those hard to lose pounds and build an athletic physique.

 

Get Fit Package $956 (15% discount - $63.75 per session) Fifteen 60-minute one-on-one sessions. See your body transform.

 

Results Package $1556 (17% discount - $62.25 per session) Twenty five 60-Minute one-on-one sessions. Perfect for a shoot, wedding, or event coming up fast!

 

Serious Body Changes Package $1800 (20% discount - $60 per session) Thirty 60-Minute one-on-one sessions. For the Serious Client with long term fitness goals.

Extreme Body Changes Package $2890 (15% discount - $72.25 per session) Fourty 60-Minute one-on-one sessions. For the Serious Client with long term fitness goals.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES: All fees are included in the cost of each session. No gym membership required. We provide free parking and state of the art equipment at South Bay Performance Fitness, Biomechanix or Beverly Hills. Note: Home and Studio pricing an additional cost due to travel and time. Please inquire for price scale.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Twenty-four hour notice must be given for cancellation of a session. Session will be charged unless an emergency. Sessions are null and void after ninety days of contract signing, excluding packages larger then twenty-four, which will expire 180 days after initial contract is signed.
